Founded in 2013, Connections by Exact Media helps advertisers acquire customers across North America by distributing a gift card or coupon through the parcels of e-commerce retailers.

Rather than sending a direct mail offer through the United States Postal Service (USPS), advertisers can now reach e-commerce shoppers when they have their attention by leveraging the excess space in e-commerce parcels that actually get into a consumers home.

Connections is backed by Tony Hsieh (CEO of Zappos) as well as the investors behind other great companies like Etsy, Square, Kickstarter, Chango, Foursquare, Thrive Market and FanDuel.

Our Investors

Tony then joined Zappos an advisor and investor, and eventually became CEO. In November 2009,, Inc. was acquired by in a deal valued at $1.2 billion on the day of closing.

Through a post on Medium, a tweet, and a little serendipity, we were fortunate to connect with Will Young at Tony’s Fund, VTF Capital, and have been fortunate to draw on their expertise and network to grow Exact Connections.
